What type of flours do you use in The Cake Cookbook?
Most cakes are baked on sweet potatoes and root vegetables as a base.
I use mostly rolled oats and different nuts in the cakes.
Pick a gluten free variant of oats if you are celiac.

What type of sweeteners do you use ?
I don't use any artificial sweeteners, all cakes are baked with one or more of the following ingredients: dates, maple syrup, honey, bananas and sweet potato.

What nuts and seeds do you use ?
It's mostly almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. 
If you don't tolerate nuts, you can swap them for sunflower seeds.

How many pages and recipes are there in the book?
It's 144 pages with more than 40 recipes.

What type of measures do you use?
All recipes are in both metric and Imperial measures.
